Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 6 pc chicken drumstick
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon
  • 2 tsp salt & pepper
  • Egg & breadcrumbs mixed with corn flour

Method

  1. Marinate chicken and set aside for 1 hrs.
  2. Coat in egg then crumbs.
  3. Deep fry on medium flame.
  4. Serve with fries and ketchup.
