Aioli Dressing (French)

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients into medium thin paste adding water if necessary.
  2. Add different herbs for variety.
